About us
Participants will engage in intensive research and professional development activities that promote their growth as scientists. They will work directly with faculty mentors in the US and France, and side-by-side with their peers to develop skills that solidify their self-identities as scientists. The research experience will be augmented by active involvement in educational, social and professional development activities such as training in scientific communication and workshops on career preparation, leadership, and ethics.
Women, minorities, students from rural and under-served areas of the Southeastern United States, and first- and second-year undergraduates are especially encouraged to apply.
