The National Science Foundation REU Program: Integrative Tree Science for the Anthropocene at The Morton Arboretum allows participants to experience careers that explore solutions for climate change, biodiversity loss, natural resources management, and urban life, as they conduct an independent research project under the guidance of a PhD-level mentor.
This intensive, 10-week summer program includes a $6250 stipend, with housing and travel provided. Students currently enrolled in an undergraduate program may apply for this nationally competitive fellowship.
