The iSEED Summer Research Experience is an opportunity for undergraduate students to perform research and gain understanding of graduate career opportunities at University at Buffalo.
The goals of the program are to:
-Introduce you to research in the STEM disciplines -Facilitate your understanding of recent advances in the STEM disciplines -Mentor you towards graduate or professional careers in the discipline of your choice -Guide you through novel and exciting research projects and mentored by faculty, graduate students, and postdoctoral fellows through the summer and beyond.
The iSEED Summer Research Experience will be held from late May through early August (Monday-Friday 8:30-5PM).
You will spend your days in the laboratory of your research mentor, whom you will be paired with based on your research interests. We will train you in various areas necessary to safely and efficiently perform your research and related activities
Our combination of research, academic, and social activities make for an exciting and worthwhile summer experience!
