Description:
Envision EEB: Graduate Preview Weekend at Michigan State University is an event created to ameliorate disparities in access to graduate education in biological science for historically excluded minorities. This weekend will provide students from underrepresented backgrounds information on the graduate application process, how to apply for grants and/or fellowships to fund their graduate research (e.g., NSF GRFP), and an early opportunity to network with potential advisors. The weekend will also be a unique opportunity for prospective students to meet faculty, post-docs, and graduate students in EEB that would become their peers and potential collaborators!
